Forbes has just published this interview with my friend James Elaine. Paul Glader is an accomplished journalist and professor; I am so pleased by this collaboration. James left his LA- and NY-based curator positions and moved to China in 2008 to develop a new approach to non-profits in the art scene. Elaine is an amazing curator and has traveled to many remote cities in China to discover new talent. He recently opened Telescope gallery which shows an amazing roster of artists that I am personally hoping to show in the future. I encourage anyone traveling to or through Beijing to visit Telescope and see what great new talent Elaine is showing there.
